How to Lose Weight Fast

Now days a weight loss is a major question in front of
all types of generation. Many of us search on google and they get many more
video and pdf and information with different way of lose weight from different
web sites and blogs and YouTube channels and finally we get confused about on
which way we should start our weight loss journey.

get a full day Diet plan. You just follow this simple diet plan from morning to
night for the next month and achieve much more than your weight loss goal.
Steps of Diet
Before going to night sleep take a one spoon of flax
seeds in one glass of normal water, cover it and keep as it for whole night. At
sharp 5.00am wake up and add half lemon by squeezing it in to the flax water
glass then warm it up for 5 min. and then have this “Early Morning Weight Loss
Drink”.
2. Morning
Breakfast:-
Remember one thing if you are in weight loss journey the
don’t think that eat less will effect good in losing your weight. Many dietitian/nutritionist
tell that “if you want to lose your weight then you have to eat less and blaa
blaa blaa blaa.” Guys this is not true on weight loss journey you have eat for
your body but in a proper intake of food and exercise so it get a losses in
weight.
So Breakfast is most important in weight loss. After
your morning flax seed drink you can have your breakfast but make sure that you
have to maintain at least 2 hours between a drink and breakfast.
Which Things should be in breakfast –?
First of all main thing in breakfast is a Roti/Chapatti/Paratha
of multigrain flour. You can make your roti of multigrain flour like – 50% Gram
flour + 50% Wheat flour OR 50% Gram
flour + 50% Barley Flour. And in vegetable add dry vegetable / sabji of listing
bellow:
VEGETABLE: - Capsicum, Broccoli, Boil potato, French
Beans, Brinjal, Pumpkin, etc.
At the time of breakfast you can have coffee & tea
with or without milk but make sure DON’T ADD SUGAR in it.
3. After
Breakfast Tea: - Now take a green tulsi/basil tea 2 hours after
your morning breakfast.Take one tea spoon of basil/ tulsi green tea in a cup
and Add hot water in it and stir this drink and have it. You can also have some
4-5 Almonds and kismis with this drink.
4. Lunch:
- So guys here i am giving you 4 to 5 option you can go
with the anyone. Remember I said ONLY ONE.
i) Cold coffee:- Caffeine is
a thing which pimp up and boost your metabolism system and helps you in weight
loss.
So here is the recipe of COLD COFFEE LUNCH –
-Take a full glass of milk in jar
and add 1 table spoon of fine coffee powder, 4-5- almond and
- Small 1 piece of jaggery
(in Hindi it’s called – Gudh) as per your taste.Blend it with hand Mixer and
pour it into the glass and have it.
ii) Lunch Salad: - 2
egg whites, 1 tomato, some flax seeds, some lemon drops, (please do Not add a
Salt) make a piece of them and mix like a salad and have as a lunch.
iii) Lunch with Broccoli: -
Boil a small bowl of broccoli and for a taste you can spread a spring of flax
seeds, black paper, lemon drops but you can’t add a salt and have it.
iii) Chicken lover lunch :-
Boil a 200 gram of chicken leg piece, take it in a plate and make its small
pieces, spread some black paper, lemon drops, Flax seeds, some chopped onions
and tomato but you can’t add a salt in it.
iv) Women’s Horlicks shake Lunch (for women):- Take one glass of milk, add 4 almond and 1
tablespoon of Women Horlicks Shake mix with hand blender and pour it into the
glass and here Glass full of Lunch ready.
5. Evening
Snacks:- 1 cup of simple green tea without sugar and have some
sugar free digestive biscuits with it .
6. Dinner:-
i) In dinner I would highly recommended is a
PAPAYA/PAPITA. It is a very good source for losing weight at night. So have a
full plate of papaya slices. (Do not add with other fruit, you can eat only
single papaya)
ii) You can also have a TURMERIC ROOT MILK in dinner, it
is very helpful for weather changing and asthma patient.
iii) A Pineapple with 2 kiwi and some orange slice you
can take it as a dinner but avoid to put a salt.
(Your Dinner Should Be Salt Free)
7. Night
Drink :-
This is a very
important drink for the weight loss. After 2 hours of your dinner you can have
this Night drink.
Take 2-3 sips of any Aloe Vera juice and add a half
galss of hot water and have this drink before going to bed and after 2 hours of
your Dinner.
SO GUYS FOLLOW ABOVE DIET PLAN ATLEAST FOR ONE
MONTH YOU WILL DEFINITELY EXPERINCE A LOSSING A WEIGHT UPTO 10 – 12 KG.
