Steps of Diet
1. Morning
Breakfast:-
So Breakfast is most important in weight loss. So we
start our journey with QUINOA VEGETABLE SALAD which is very healthy for
morning boost up our metabolism system and easy for digestion. You can have
QUINOA VEGETABLE SALAD or QUINOA FRUIT SALAD in the morning before 8.00 am. You
can also have this in alternate day breakfast.
Here is the recipe:-
i) QUINOA VEGETABLE SALAD –
Take 1 cup of QUINOA and wash it with the water and
put it on a pan, add water with double in quantity of QUINOA and cook it for
15-20 min and after that take it into a big bowl. Now in same pan add some oil,
put some flax seeds then add some vegetable whatever you like broccoli,
capsicum etc. then cover it for 2-5 min .After that put our QUINOA in the pan and mix it with salad and here your breakfast is ready.
ii) QUINOA FRUIT SALAD WITH APPLE CIDER VINEGAR –
Take 1 cup of QUINOA and wash it with the water and
put it on a pan, add water with double in quantity of QUINOA and cook it for
15-20 min and after that take it into a big bowl and cool it down to normal temperature . Now add some slices of a
fruits like kiwi, mango, papaya, banana etc. and add 3-4 tea spoon of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR and here your breakfast is ready.
2. Lunch:
-.
i) Cold coffee:- Caffeine is
a thing which pimp up and boost your metabolism system and helps you in weight
loss.
So here is the recipe of COLD COFFEE LUNCH –
-Take a full glass of milk in jar and add 1 table spoon of fine coffee powder, 4-5- almond
AND
- Small 1 piece of JAGGERY (in Hindi it’s called – Gudhh) as per your taste.Blend it with hand
Mixer and pour it into the glass and have it.
ii) Almond milk: -
-Take one glass of
milk add 4-5 almond in it add and add 3-4 tea spoon of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR now blend these all and pour it into the glass.Your
almond milk is ready.
3. Evening
Snacks:-
1 cup of simple Tulsi organic green tea without sugar and have some
sugar free digestive biscuits with it .
4. Dinner:-
Take 4-5 slice of PAPAYA and PINEAPPLE that's it. Make sure your dinner should be finish before max to max 8.00pm.
5.Good Night Drink:-
Here we take a drink of only simple warm/hot water before going to sleep. Max 10.00pm you should have to in sleep.
