HOW-TO-LOSE-WEIGHT



-2 cups of water
   -1 full orange peel
             -Selemon sticks (2 inch)
                  -1 spoon fennel seed / jeera
              -Half spoon of Green tea
           -2 Slice of Orange fruit



How To Make?-

Take 2 cup of water in pan and start to boil. Then add orange peel, selemon sticks,fennel seed, 2 slice of orange and half spoon of green tea. Boil this ingredient and after boiling turn off the gas and cover this pan full of our drink with help of any plate for next 2-3 minutes then cold down this drink for 15 min. Now pour it in the glass make sure it don't get fully cold down make it lightly warm and drink it at morning empty stomach.
